Should I take Biology or Human Biology?

i want to become a doctor, and i think that i am capable of it. I already know that im going to take Maths A-level, and i have been told that Chemisty and Biology is key. However my school does Human Biolgy as an A-level. Would it be better to take this than normal Biology? And will universities see this as the same? Better? or worse?
And also... will i need Physics ? i didnt think i would but some people say its handy?
