Should I switch to AT&T and get the iPhone or stay with TMobile and get the Nexus One?

My contract expires next month but I want to know should I stay with tmo and get the nexus one or go ahead get a iphone now or wait till the summer and see if a new iphone is coming? I've been happy with tmo never had any problems with and I know they have a faster network than AT&T now (albeit smaller)
 
I've heard horrible things about both companies, but more about T Mobile than with AT&T. I am a verizon person, but if I had the choice, I would go with the iPhone because it's very nifty. Verizon has much better coverage and reception, but AT&T is second to them out of those two choices

Outside of these choices, I would die for an HTC Droid (Verizon).
