Okay so i have been exercising for the last six months. I noticed that my abs used to be flatter before and I didn't even diet then either. The only thing that has changed are the muscles in my arms.I do eat healthy most of the time and every now and again ill have a cheat day. I lift weights i doPilate'ss every monday wednesday and friday. So should I just go back to exercising once in a while. I also run tuesday and thursday to. Thanks. Im a 19 year old girl and im 5'1. I weigh 105.
