My boss is annoying and dumping all this work on me. We originally started with 5 team members, and all but me have left within a year of starting:
B - 2 months
T - 3 months
P - 6 months
R - 10 months
Now I'm doing all the work and I can't take it. It's hard to work with her now, but I'm having a difficult time to leave my employment because I'm earning great money and have done 8yrs of service. Should I stay or should I go?
