Ok, so recently i was browsing the internet when i remembered i was quite fast in primary through to high school, like use to always win my age group races, relays etc. one time i can remember in year 7 when i just turned 11, i ran the 100m in a time of 12.00 seconds flat. The funny thing is i was such a slob then, like i never excercised, EVER, i just ate alot of crappy junk food lollies etc... played video games, slept alot, bummed around the house all day. Im sure that had alot to do with my metabolism because im like the skinniest guy you could meet. so now im 19 im considering putting alot of time into getting extremley fit and fast, but this time i will have a very strict exercise routine and diet very well, so do you think i should considering the times i could run when i was just still a kid?
