I am 16, and I weigh 190lbs. I have a "beer belly" not from drinking though. My thighs belly and calf's are my main concern. Basically what I'm asking is should I try and lose fat or gain muscle? I have played football for 8 years and I am extremely muscular under the fat. What type of exercises should I be doing other than lifting weights which I do for about 2 hours every Friday. Thanks!
