should i sell my sony hdr cx150e handycam and buy nex 5 ? plz help?

Should i sell my old hdr cx150e and buy Sony nex-5 ? i am considering about focus bcoz handycam cannot manually focus (using lense) . is nex 5 good ? i wanna shoot in dark and in crisp color ?plz help
