i have a 1998 accura lx honda. 36k miles in great condition. i am looking to upgrade to a mustang cuz iv always wanted one. i would probably buy a used mustang ( year 2000 or so). s this a wise choice?

I wouldn't say wise, but the 'Stang would be certainly more exciting (read:tail-happy) than the Acura. If its the car you have always wanted then certainly go for the 'Stang.

Both cars are really nice, but you really can't compare the two to make a right or wrong choice. You like mustangs, buy a mustang some say there's nothing better than american muscle. But the vehicle you have already is also a nice car, good on gas very reliable and great resale value during the present economy issues. Go with that gut feeling.
