I really like my car. It is a 2000 ford focus and it is holding up really well. I have put 102k on it and I am not certain that it will work as well in the future, particularly the engine by 120k. Worse, I'm taking it back to the midwest, salt and all. Should I sell it while I can get a good price ( it does have side damage) or if not how should I best take care of it, particularly an engine over 100k? By the way it has been very good so far. breaks and some electrical problems but parts have held up very well.

Why would you? It is worth more to you than anyone else; especially if it is paid off.
The demand for a 9 year old Focus with body damage is not in extremely high demand.

You would just have to pay for another car.

Keep it, its a good car and ford are a good reliable manufacture and it is quite cheap to repair, just treat it well and it will treat you well.
