Should I see my doctor regarding my 2nd degree burn?

I got a 2nd degree burn on the top of my ring and pinky finger 2 days ago at work. They didn't have burn cream and it was too busy for me to run it under water for the period of time recommended.
Both if the burns blistered and burst on their own several times within the day I got it. It's quite painful. I clipped away the dead skin after it stayed broken.
I am wondering if I should see a doctor. I have been washing the wound several times per day and putting on neosporin and keeping it bandaged. I want to dry it out but it hurts if I leave it uncovered. The last bit I mentioned makes me wonder if I should see my doctor.

Tl;dr version: I got 2nd degree burns on my hand 2 days ago. The blisters burst on their own but it hurts if I leave uncovered. Should I see my doctor?
