So I bought my new phone about 2 weeks ago and a couple of days after I got it there were major problems with sending texts. There were about 4 or 5 different "cause codes." I also noticed that people have been complaining about this problem on the internet for months now. Anyways, I called Sprint, had to wait about 20 minutes before talking to a rep and they told me that they know there is a problem and LG is "working" on a solution and a text message will be sent to my phone when there is an update available. So has anyone else talked to Sprint? I might exchange my phone for another one but honestly I have no idea what to do.
