I was painting my rims and unfortunately, I ran out of paint. On one tire, I was able to get most, but not all spots. For the other tire, I was only able to get about one coat of black on it. It's been a month since I did anything. Should I sand and prime them again or should I just continue painting over what I have? Thank you!
