Should I replace the timing chain on my 4.3l Chevy Engine?

I have a 1991 Sonoma with the 4.3 v6. Has about 200k on it, but me and the previous owner drove it hard. Burnouts, doing donuts in fields, and flooring it at every green light. Shakes idling even after a complete tune up, but doesn't miss when you are moving. It holds 40lbs of oil pressure cold and 20 warm idling. Pressure climbs as rpms rise, so the bearings are good. Previous owner ram Mobil 1 0w30 in it since 80k, but I switched to Mobil 1 5w30 when I bought it. Should I replace the chain or just leave it at this mileage?
I had a s10 with the 2.8 that the chain snapped on and bent all the valves at only 110k, so that's why I am worried about this one. And the 2.8 was driven easy by a old man before I got it.
