Hi: I have a 99 Honda Accord ex 5 speed. When I put reverse my clutch loose all tension. I get the tension back only if I start my car again. When I drive it runs ok and the clutch has tension. I also notice that my car do not want to start sometimes. Do you think it is time to change the clutch? 111,000 miles. Thanks
