Should I replace my bike wheel(s)?

Hey, so I've had my Diamondback Mountain Bike for about two years and just recently one of the spokes of the back wheel has fell off, so now I have 35 spokes not 36. It's the one attached to the small light ( which is now chipped and turning around (without that spoke). Do you think I should replace my wheel? Both or just one?? I usually ride on paved roads but I also go on small jumps. So , what do you think? Thanks :)

I agree with Bob there is no need to replace the wheel unless there is other damage than that expressed in the question. Take it to a bike shop for spoke replacement and it shouldn't cost more than $15-$20 which is much cheaper than a new wheel or wheelset.
