1/2 Man 1/2 Machine

Ive had a Giant mountain bike for about 8 months now, base model, nothing special, ive done nothing to it at all except replacing inner tubes. On tuesday i was on it and got hit by a car. the front of the car hit left pedal first bending it out of shape. the back wheel is also wrecked, bent beyond repair, but other than that, the bike is fine. Should i invest in a new set of pedals and a back wheel and sprocket, or just buy a new bike??? or is repair possible???
