Should I redo my car audio system with just one brand? Like have all of the parts be

Makes no difference at all, actually. Every piece can be from a different manufacturer, they'll all work together fine.

I wouldn't too much faith in Sony products though... They can make a decent head unit (not the best, but not the worst either).... but they're speakers and subs are way over rated. You could get a MUCH better set of speakers, for the same price, from manufacturers like JL, Focal, Eclipse, Infinity...
 
Will as for redoing your system with only one brand that's up to you .But your system don't have to be only one brand. If you want you can email me . I'll need to know what type of equipment you have in your system. also how's it wired are all the wires on the same side of the car also what gauge wire is the power. what model of subs an what type of box. Sometimes it's simple changes you can make the will change the way your system sounds like you have all new system. I will be happy to help.


Now for Sony being over rated again that's nonsense . You want to talk about over rated JL Subs , Now the amps an door speakers are fine there subs suck rocks. As for Eclipse Way over rated an over priced. as for as Infinity Good home stuff but there car audio is to temper medal also over priced.
