Should i put 2 12'' kicker cvr's in a sealed or ported box?

I'm going to power them with a kenwood kac 9105d at 2 ohms. I know people say its more of a preference thing but i didn't no if it would damage my subs to have them in a ported box with the kenwood only having a subsonic filter at 15 and 25 hz? Or should i play it safe and protect my subs by putting them in a sealed box?

ps if i put them in a sealed box would this one sound good

and if i put them in a ported box would this be good? i cant find what it is tuned to or its exact cu feet per chamber. Does anyone know?
