I used to have Steve Smith, but dropped him when Clausen replaced Moore as Smith's fantasy points suffered. I got Wes Welker from someone, but he really hasn't done anything too exciting. I know Smith was injured, but he has come back. Plus, he has chemistry with returning QB Matt Moore.
Should I pick-up Steve Smith (CAR) and drop Wes Welker?
