Should I pick up Cadillac Williams?

I am in a flex league and have Berrian, Slaton, Gore, Roddy White, and T.J. Housh. I have Earnest Graham, D. Brown, and T. Hightower on the bench. Should I trade him out for Cadillac as he was just listed as the Bucs #1 RB. I wouldn't play him though this week. I am playing the five I mentioned above. Thanks in advance!
