Hello, I am a 14 year old. Last time I weighed myself I weighed 205.
For the past month and a week, I have been going to weight training.
My routine diet is:
Breakfast
Lunch
SMALL snack
Dinner
Small Snack.
In weight training we work out 1 hour and 15 mins a day, 4 days a week. MON,TUE,WED,THUR.
We do mostly agility training(suicide, laps, weighted bearcrawls) and than weightlift.
I haven't weighed myself in about 8 or 9 months. Should I be noticing a difference or is my diet not good enough?
Also, should I notice my calves becoming more toned and muscular by now?
