I have a Ford Focus M1 and i wanted to get it lowered. I have got the springs and i wanted the opinion of other people. My mate has got his corsa lowered and it feels like your riding in a tractor. Oppinions?

I wouldn't bother, mate. The ride will be like sitting on concrete and every speed bump will grind your bodywork. There are other ways to individualise your car.

Sometimes the state the roads are in, in the UK, means that your suspension might be a pain in terms of soaking up the bumps in the road and speed bumps that are more vicious might prove impossible to negotiate. It does look good and lowers the cars centre of gravity though. It depends on the roads you usually drive on I reckon.

You may get away with it, check your eventual ride hight, as compared to a Focus that has been lowered by Ford.
I lowered an Almera GTi, bad news, after a couple of years I had to return it to normal, as my bodywork and suspension had suffered badly.
