i am going for 3 months gym now i am male 16, and my first workout that he gave me he said to do 3 * 15 sets then the second one he said me to do 4 sets and reps 15, 12, 10, 8
now he gave me a workout program for free weights and some of the same that i was doing and it saids to do 3 sets and reps 15,12,10 is this good or should i do more sets, i don't know if with that i 'll get better results, shouldn't i do more sets ??? cause he said to do less. also for every set i change to more weight and that was fro my second program too, but now isn't the sets less??? should i listen to him or do a set more???
