...Than My Passion - Theatre Arts? I got into the University of Pennsylvania (Ivy League school) to major in Theatre Arts. I want nothing more than to be a professional actor. I wanted it since I was four years old.
My parents - especially my father - want me to go to the University of Wisconsin-Stout (a polytechnic university) to major in Business Administration. He says that Business Administration is "practical" and I will get a job at the end, whereas with Theatre Arts I will be poor forever.
I am 18 years old and I want to live my life. My Dad says he will pay for either, but I am making a "grave mistake" by studying Theatre Arts. Money is not an issue - my dad is loaded.
Also, I am terrible at mathematics and statistics, so I am not sure how I will fare in a business program.
