I have a 20 month old who does pinch or hit occasionally when she gets mad. I want my babysitter to discipline her but I dont know what discipline is best for her to give my child. I dont think I want her to spank her, but maybe spatting her on the hand or somethine and putting in timeout? What are yalls suggestions on babysitters and discipline?
to me. a "spat" on the hand and a spanking are two totally different things
