I bought a Chrysler as-is a few months ago and my gasket has already blown. I was told that I can get the head shaved and everything would be fine. THen I was told by someone else that since it is the Chrysler Sebring 2.7 liter V6 it would eventually mess up my motor in the long run. And another guy told me to buy a motor out of the junk yard for it. I could possible take it to the metal yard or sell it to a mechanic. What do you all think that I should do. I need expert advice. I am a college student who does not need to spend a lot of money.
Should I leave it alone or fight for my Chrysler's life?
