I have had the droid for over 10 days now..and i have 20 more days to see if i want to keep it.
Pros-
the phone is fast, cool operating system, can do so much, so many apps, internet browser is fast, and the screen resolution is awesome.
Cons-
no bbm ( which all of my fiends have and i constantly feel left out, but im graduating college soon..so dont know if it really matters ), no really nice keyboard ( the physical keyboard sucks and i cant get used to the onscreen keyboard) and the overall phone is kinda big and bulky.
I have been going back and forth ever since i bought the phone...I dont want to "downgrade" to a blackberry, but I want a good keyboard to text on, since i text all the time. I do not know what to do?
I text a lot. facebook, twitter, sports and weather are the main apps i use now on the droid. I have a reg GPS so that is important.
** I am a business major and will be entering the workforce in a couple of months, looking for a great phone to handle all the business aspects**
**i am also worried about me "jumping ship" to blackberry and everyone else "jumping ship" to android phones or iphones. basically..going out of style? any chance of this happening?**
