Should I just leave it be for now and not send anything back?

Met this girl on a blind double date. It went well and afterwords I added her on Facebook. I started to talk to her through Facebook messages and my friend said to keep doing it and he'll arrange another double date. Well, we were talking pretty well and I didn't want to wait a month or more before he sat up another double date. So after talking for a week, at the end of my message, I asked if she wanted to hang out in the near future. That it would give us a chance to talk in person. After I clicked send, I typed another sentence under it saying that my friend said he was gonna set up another event but he doesn't know when yet. She responded with just a single sentence saying he told her and she didn't know when he was either. She didn't mention just us two hanging out nor did she continue the convo. What should I do? I have nothing to reply to or anything. Should I just leave it be for now and not send another message? My friend and her are also really good friends and he said she's never had a boyfriend. She's also really shy and quiet. She's 21
