i'm 16 and a virgin, and it seems like everyone but me is having sex.I planned on staying a virgin until marriage, for personal reasons, not religious reasons,i'm agnostic, but i don't know.Everyone is having sex and i feel like i'm a prude. And i know that no guy wants to marry a virgin,so if i don't lose my virginity now,i'll probably be a virgin forever, and then no guy wil marry me,cause if i'm a virgin on our wedding night i'll be bad in bed and people say you might not be compatible. And no guy wants to marry or date a virgin,so should i just have sex?

are you serious? id love to eventually marry a virginactually let me rephrase that, id love to marry a girl who lost her virginity to me.

Never just give in to sex!And who says guys don't want to date or marry a virgin! You need to meet some better guys!

who said guys don't marry virgins?i had so many guys chase me and wanted to marry me more then the girls i know and I'm a 22 y/o virginso what if their all doing it? if everyone does drugs should we go and do it too to just blend in?no .. do what you feel like and what you want

Well I dunno where you got all those assumptions but I can tell you that a guy finding a virgin to marry is like a guy finding the holy grail.

Doing something just because everyone else is doing it is stupid. You shouldn't give into peer pressure like that. You should have sex when you're ready. I think you'd regret it if you lost your virginity to just anyone.

NO!Only do it when it feels right for you, if you want to save it until you are married, then that is your choice and dont let anyone tell you or pressurise you otherwise.

I know it seems like everyone is having sex, but that's for from the truth. It's true, quite a few teens lose their virginity in high school, but there is a huge percent that either wait until college or wait until marriage. What works for them doesn't mean it'll work for you.If you don't want to have sex now, THEN DON'T. You'll regret not sticking to your views and your first time will be pointless and meaningless. First times stick around in your mind forever too.And I know you think no guy wants to date a virgin or marry one, but that's not true either! I've known plenty of couples and some guys that are waiting themselves.Good luck and hopefully you change your mind.

i would wait although im only 13 and i usually look up to 16 yr olds but if i knew one who was having sex i would probably look at them differently (and not in a good way)

are you out of your mind, i am 21 and still a virgin. pride yourself that you can keep your virginity till marriage.don't get any pressure from friends. just keep virginity till you get marry.i don't know you but i feel proud of you. VIRGINITY is one of things where many young teens loose at a young age, just to make them self look cool, but in reality they are just humiliating themself.

no no no !!save yourself, even in a few years time if you have a long, serious relationship with guy you might feel ready then. but please, don't do it now because everyone else is, i done it too fast at 16 - and i regret it so much, its only when some people say 'i'm a virgin until i find the right guy' i envy them for it!so keep it :) xx

NO. If I were a guy, I'd love to know that my wife was not soiled by other men before me. Pssh, and NO ONE wants to date a virgin? Maybe the guys who want girlfriends for the sole purpose of sex don't want to date virgins, but the guys who are decent and want a true partner? Keep your virginity, girlfriend.

If people are telling you these things then you shouldn't listen to them. Don't have sex just to lose your virginity....you should have sex when you feel comfortable doing it with the right person

There are so many bad assumptions in your story that I don't know where to begin. (1) You are not the ONLY person not having sex.(2) There are many guys that will marry a virgin (just not 16 yr old guys)(3) Sex is only part of a marriage. If you two share enough things in common to decide to get married, the sex will work itself out.My advice is that the worst thing you could do is to have sex. You don't sound ready and, most importantly, you seem to be going in with the wrong reasons. Having sex is something you should WANT to do, not feel "obligated" to do.

You should always do what you think is right,no matter what others think. As far as no one wanting to date a virgin or marry one i think that is SO wrong cause if the guy really loves you it wont matter if your a virgin or not.As for myself if i had to choose between a virgin and a total slut i would take the virgin. Not that im saying someone who has sex b4 marriage is a slut haha dont ge me wrong.
