im 80 kilos and 5'5 ...and one year membership costs £5, with top facilities, you might say im crazy for not joining but every time i tell myself to join something always happens which changes my mind, for example i was just outside the head pe teachers office the other day and a lady pe teacher walked in and i got embarrased and walked away. im quite the chubby guy and i want to get in shape for the summer, any advice to make me want to join without backing out at the last minute
