Should I have the Toyota dealer add XM Satellite Radio to my 2007 Camry?

I have a 2007 Camry with a radio that is Satellite ready with the SAT button. The dealer can add the tuner and antenna for a hefty price. Or I can put in a new custom radio but don't like the idea of modifying any of the interior with wires everyhwhere. Does anyone have the 2007 factory satetllite radio and how do you like it. Does the satellite radio display song and artist information or does it just show the channel..thanks
