should i have sex with her?

i am 13 and have not went through puberty but my gf has and we are meeting up 2morrow and she told me that she would have sex with me if i wanted to. What should i do, go ahead and and have sex with her. Or should i wait until i go through puberty to have sex with her. And if you say yes i should how could i make what little i got work better. And if you say no why?
