Should i go with Virgin Mobile or Fido?

im plannin on gettin a phone but i dont know which plan to choose and which company to go with.
i know i want texting for sure but doesnt have to be unlimited, but unlimited for a decent amount of money is good.i dont call that much so minutes dont matter to me that much. i want a plan thats under 30 dollars. preferbably $15-$25 if possible. i've narrow down to 2 companies Virgin mobile and fido, their plans are pretty similar but i dont know which one to choose! if u have any other suggestions bout plans and company PLEASE let me know.
also my friend just said that koodo is pretty good too

I've never heard of Fido, but we've been with Virgin Mobile for several years and have 3 cellphones. Service is reliable and the customer service reps are in America so they speak English instead of someone in India who can't understand half of what you say. I pay $49 for the Unlimited plan, but they have lots of other plans and packages since you have a budget to stay within.

maybe check the forums and see which of the two is the better one, there's always someone complaining about something about their service provider.
