Alright well right now i've got two 90's style rockford fosgate punch 12" 200 watt max (100 watt rms) subs in a sealed box running off a bridged fosgate punch 325 watt max 2 channel amp. I went to an electronics store today and negotiated with the salesman and eventually talked him into selling me a brand new 12" power series fosgate in a ported box (1200 watt max 800 watt rms) for 245. So my question is would the new subwoofer be a good idea for more bass? Or would it be too much for me to have to find a whole new amp? And if I sell my old subs and amp how much should I sell them for?
Should I go with this upgrade on my car audio system?
