i got lazy today and today was legs day(damn)
tomorrow is chest and back, but im just going to do chest cuz im trying something new(didnt do chest last week, doin it this week, did back last week but not this week...and will continue for more weeks)
if i do legs and chest in one session ill be burnt out by the time i get to the other muscle group
even if i do chest first, ill be done for by the time i get to legs
should i go twice? like once in the morning and once at night?
