should i go to the doctors?! plz advise?

i have not had a period since end of september (pill period)...I stopped microgynon 30 coz TTC, i stopped in the middle of the pack on oct 3rd, had withdrawal beed and had nothing since! and have done a few HPT but all negative...should i go to the doctors to be checked over or is it too soon?. Me and my h.band would love BFP before xmas but its looking unlikely now :-(
