Should I go to my dance? .. period?

Ok my dance is tonight and I first got my period today. Is it okay to go there and dance? It's my first day getting my period and I'm worried whether I should go dance or not.
Oh and I'm not in any pain.
and I'm wearing skinny jeans.. will they stain? :S
 
if you feel comofortable enough to go. its really up to you and how youre feeling :]
 
u shld if ur comfortable....its just a myth that u shldnt overexert urself wen u get ur period....but u shld carry n extra tampon or whtever.....n don't dance a lot....have fun....
 
No problem. But a tampon would probably be safer than a pad to avoid leaks with all that moving around. Try one with an applicator.
