I have a 2 1/ 2 yr old son who had to have surgery on his penis at 18 months and it was because my OBGYN didn't circumcise him right and I want to take legal action and get my OBGYN office or should i say Dr to pay for my sons medical bills because now my son might need a second surgery to fix this problem . I also want to know if I can get some kind of pain and suffering for my son because this is effecting him a lot because since he had to have the 1st surgery his penis is curved to the left and he cant be potty trained right and I'm scared when he gets older girls and boys will be making fun of him... PLEASE I need the help I want to know do I have a case or not.

You need to be calling or visiting local 'no fee consultation' lawyers who work on a contingency basis. They only get paid if you win your case, so if they think there is any basis for a claim, and expectations of a reasonable settlement, they will represent you.
