should i go the gym today?

ok so on monday i did my usual bicep/back workout and did a good two hour workout. then on tuesday i did triceps/legs and did two hours again. so its now wednesday and my biceps still feel a bit sore. i let them rest tuesday but now wednsday they still hurt. should i let them rest two days or would it be better to work out my biceps every other day like i always do? please help
