When I bought my '94 z28, the radio and speakers had been stolen out of it. It had the bose sound system in the car, that I found to be a hard to find option with the car.
My question is, should I replace it with a stock bose sound system, or should I go with aftermarket instead. I would need 5 speakers, 2 tweeters and a stereo. I found 4 speakers for $,100, the complete trunk speaker assembly for another 100 and another bose stereo for, you guessed it, another 100. Besides stock appeal, I don't know why I would bother.
Would it be best to go stock, or aftermarket, or a combination, stock speakers with aftermarket stereo?
I don't plan on selling the car, but I do want the resale value not to be affected too much.
