First of all relax! You are not losing your mind. You could either be very stressed out or be having some anxiety disorders. It could also be a physical condition. You need to see a doctor because he/she is the only one that can give you the help that you need. Just stop saying that you are losing your mind because that is not helping your situation at all. That will just lower your self-esteem and create more problems for you which you certainly do not need.
