Should I go for a bachelors or a masters in fine arts?

I already have a BA and a MA degree in another field, but am interested in art. I'd like to get an education in art. Should I be going for a bachelors or a masters in art? What do they in clude? Also, I would like to try graphic arts, but overall I have not really decided about my concentration. I'd like to take different classes to see where I fit. What should I go for? Thanks guys.
