M Marc G New member Oct 21, 2010 #1 so for the past 2 days ive had stomach pains and for the past 2 days diarrhea, but i havent physicly been sick, and im wondering if i should go to the doctors p.s. for some reason the stomach pains only happen at night which is why im concerned
