Should I get Xbox360 Arcade or Elite? Please Read my info below?

Ok...I'm only getting XBOX360 to play UFC 2010, and NBA LIVE maybe. Other than that, I'm looking for the cheapest console which would be Arcade that's about $199. But Also I wanted to try XBOX LIVE...and also want to download new games demo's when they come out to try as well! I heard XBOX Arcade has no harddrive space...to download demo's or save my games progress?? If Elite was like $200-$250 I may go w.t that but I only see it NEW for $299. I would only need space to save my UFC games,progress,created players...and space for a demo or 2...is ARACDE GOOD FOR ME??? or do I go with Elite...because I won't have enough space and want XBOX LIVE which it gives a headest,cables,etc?
 
go with the elite if your gonna play online might as well pay more for the elite that comes with everything then buying everything separate.
