Should I get tmobile or AT&T?

I am getting my first phone! If I get on tmobile I want the sidekick, if I go on AT&T I want the blackberry bold 9700. I'm not sure though. First of all I can't decide which phone to pick! I am a freshman in high school.. Sooo. Which phone should I get and why? Or which one has better service? Or which one cost less? Thank you everyone!!
