Should I get the Mercedes Benz or the Chrysler 300?

Both are 2008 year, and I am good on insurance for both. I found a Mercedes Benz C 300 for Thirty Thousand, and a Chrysler 300 Touring for 15,000. I am stuck on them both but I am leaning toward the Mercedes Benz, because I was in a C 300 when it saved my life.

Someone please tell me about the Chrysler as opposed to the Mercedes. Please help!
