Should I get the Env3 or the Samsung Rogue?

i am getting a new phone in Feb. and i did not know which one to get. please let me know which one is better.

I have the Samsung rogue and i like it. why are you not considering the Env touch? its better than the samsung rogue and seeing that you have a touch screen and it would be a good phone for u
