should i get tested for h-pylori?

My best friend whom is like a sister to me has just been told that she has h-pylori by her dr, she had no symptoms but decided to get tested because her brother has it.she came out positive for it and her dr said it is highly contagious and that her son an husband should get tested also. well her and her son and husband are always at mine and my husbands house and she thinks me, my daughter and husband should get tested. Do you think we should???? has anyone experienced this or has had it and passed it on to family or friends?? Thank you in advance..
 
i would say get tested i mean if your bf had no symptoms and was positive u should get tested u say its highly contagious so get the whole fam tested to be safe
