Should I get my chi from sally beauty, ulta, or target?

whatever is cheapest is fine. all of them work the same and i have a friend who got one at target it works just fine! they will all work the same so its just based on how much you want to spend on it!
 
Which one has the best quality. At first, i wanted to buy one at target, but i heard †hey wer counterfeit. is this true? which one is the best place to buy it? please dont give me another store or website that wasnt listed
 
I didn't think that Sally's carry actual CHI's either. Target's are not guaranteed by the company because they are not an authorized Salon. If you have a Trade Secret, Beauty First, Beauty Express, etc, they are the ones to buy from. Also JC Penney's Styling Salon. I would always steer clear of Target for any products. I have a post about that you might like to read.
