Should i get an iphone 3gs or an ipod touch?

I got my ipod touch 32gb stolen :( should i get an iphone 3gs 32gb? i just worried that the bill will be out the roof with an iphone. please can i also get the info where you got your iphones.
 
I would get the ipod touch. You really only need a good phone that will call people so buy a cheap phone that still works and get an ipod touch for the music and cool apps.
